REGULATIONS

- CHECK-IN: the rooms are avaiable from 02:00 p.m. to 06:00 p.m.. Different hours are agreed in advance with the hosts. At the arrival , customers are expected to present a valid identity document and regularize the payment including the tourist tax.
- CHECK-OUT: customers are asked to leave the rooms by 10.30 a.m to allow cleaning. Customers who leave before the scheduled date , are required to pay the full amount of the reservation.
- TOTAL SMOKING BAN IN THE ROOMS AND COMMON AREAS: smoking is permitted only on the balcony of the kitchen.
- BREAKFAST: customers are asked to have breakfast by 10:30 a.m. to allow cleaning.
- IT IS FORBIDDEN TO CONSUME MEALS INSIDE THE ROOMS.
- IT IS FORBIDDEN TO HOST PEOPLE IN THE ROOMS WITHOUT COMMUNICATING IN ADVANCE: unauthorized persons will be reported to the police.
- DAMAGES: any damage to furniture, furnishing or equipment will be charged to the customer responsible.
- THE MANAGEMENT ACCEPT NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE THEFT, LOSS OR DAMAGE OF OBJECTS LEFT UNATTENDED IN THE ROOMS OR IN THE COMMON AREAS.
- PLEASE RESPECT SILENCE ESPECIALLY AT NIGHT.
- PLEASE DO NOT THROW WIPES OR ANY KIND OF OBJECT INTO TOILETS, USE THE APPROPRIATE BINS.
- PENALITY FOR THE LOSS OF THE ROOM KEYS: in case of loss of the room keys, a penality of € 30,00 will be charged.
- IT IS FORBIDDEN TO USE THE KITCHEN.
